Our client Ben was struck by a car and unfairly blamed by ICBC.  After a lengthy fight with the insurance company that became highly publicized, ICBC admitted its error.  ICBC has now issued a press release changing its policy of seeking costs from cyclists.  Congratulations Ben and thank you on behalf of cyclists across BC. 👏👏

ICBC is discriminating against cyclists in order to save themselves money. By finding a cyclist at fault ICBC is able to avoid replacing damaged bikes. In some cases they are even charging cyclists for the cost to repair the vehicle that hit them.
