Reality check!
I chat with more Realtors than any other humans on a day to day basis. One of the things I heard a lot over the last year was how slow it was. I'm nosy, so usually I would pry and ask what they've been doing to keep busy... usually the answer didn't include any lead gen activities, or community building activities... Yeah, last year was a slow market - but I saw agents have their busiest years too - because they worked their butts off!
This week, add some community building to your non-negotiables. Do an Open House, even if you haven't in a long time. Shoot some content for social media - do it with a friend so the day goes by more fun. Go work from a coffee shop with another agent and talk shop while you get sh*t done.
You can still crush it in a down market - you just have to make the choice.
