In London, brands prioritize community. They grow through WhatsApp groups, recurring IRL events, DM subscriptions that actually deliver value, and newsletters that lead somewhere offline. More than marketing channels, these elements build long-lasting relationships, feedback loops, and low-stakes testing grounds where the audience feels like part of the process rather than the end consumer.

It’s something smaller cities could adopt more intentionally. When people feel involved, brands reap so much more than conversion.
