Radius is pleased to announce that it has executed a formal Option Agreement with Minera Joncijirca S.A.C. for the Jonco Silver Project in central Peru.

As previously announced on February 27, 2026, the binding Letter of Intent has now been formalized into a definitive agreement. The Agreement grants Radius (through its subsidiary, Minera Aymara S.A.C.) an exclusive option to acquire 100% of the seven mining concessions comprising the Jonco Silver Project.

Radius is pleased to announce a strengthening of its leadership team as the Company advances its exploration portfolio and evaluates new growth opportunities throughout the Americas. The Company has appointed Dr. Luke Longridge as President and Simon Ridgway as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.

"Radius has assembled a compelling portfolio of exploration opportunities, particularly in Peru, where we are advancing the Tierra Roja Copper and Jonco Silver Lead Zinc projects. Luke brings a combination of strong technical expertise, exploration leadership and international experience that will be invaluable as we move these projects forward. We are delighted to welcome him to the management team."

Bruce Smith will continue as a Director and Technical Advisor, ensuring continuity of technical leadership and strategic support as Radius enters its next phase of growth.

And for the most recent news, Radius is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Luke Longridge to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

“We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Longridge to the Board of Radius,” said Simon Ridgway, Executive Chairman. “His depth of structural and economic geology expertise, combined with his international exploration and project advancement experience, will be highly valuable as Radius continues to advance its portfolio of precious metals projects and evaluate new opportunities.”
