Our bucket trucks and service crews don’t stop at signage. We also help commercial properties and strata clients with exterior lighting maintenance and LED upgrades, including parking lot pole lights, wall packs, canopy lighting and other exterior fixtures.

At this Chevron location, an existing 250W metal-halide (MH) lamp can be upgraded to approximately 50W LED while maintaining effective illumination.

That’s a 200W reduction per fixture — approximately 80% less energy consumption.

For a light operating 12 hours per day, that represents roughly 876 kWh of electricity saved per fixture, per year. Multiply that across an entire parking lot or strata property, and the savings can become significant — while also reducing lamp changes and ongoing maintenance.
