I'm honoured to announce that I start teaching the Groundwork methodology in a new and cutting edge course called Mindfulness Meets Productivity .
This work addresses one of the core challenges of our time: the epidemic of overwhelm that comes from treating peace and productivity as opposing forces.
The course integrates mindfulness practices with practical systems for managing modern demands, inviting participants to move beyond survival mode and into a way of working that honors both effectiveness and well-being.
Grounded in fifteen years of development and the principle of Miri Piri—that consciousness and action are inseparable—this teaching represents a necessary integration for sustainable living in an increasingly demanding world.
Thank you to Allyson Pimentel, Director of Mindful USC, who through her own experience of implementing my work has inviting me in to teach students, faculty and alumni how to bring mindfulness and productivity together.
Looking forward to seeing the 300 people enrolled in this course tomorrow!
