Still crashing in the middle of the day even after coffee?

Message me “ENERGY” if you want to know what I’ve been trying lately 👀

I started looking into intermittent fasting—not just for weight, but for how it affects energy.

Here’s what I’ve been noticing and learning:

More stable energy (less 2–4pm crashes)
Fewer cravings and less random snacking
Better focus, especially during long work days
Feeling more in control of when and how I eat

But I’ll be real…
Fasting alone can feel hard when you’re busy, working, and taking care of everyone else.

That’s why I started finding a way to make it easier and more supportive—not just “not eating,” but actually fueling my body properly while doing it.

Two years ago I felt like I lost a part of me...

not completely - but enough to notice
enough to know I needed to do something about it
so this is me...

starting again
moving my body getting back into routine
being more intentional with what I put into my body
not extreme. not perfect. just consistent.
