Residential or commercial real estate is simply one of the best ways to build wealth because it offers the prospect of capital appreciation and rental income. Note the word simple, it is NEVER easy, but it is very simple.

Unfortunately, these day and age, many people shy away from real estate because they believe it costs too much to start investing or don’t believe they have the market knowledge to succeed. However, what if we are to tell you, there are many ways to get involved as a real estate investor. You don’t need to buy a home to rent out or undertake fix-and-flips. A passive way you can invest in real estate is by investing with a real estate acquisition company.

Were here to announce, that with a growing demand to open the books and be part of the Liwarin Capital Investment Group, and with many properties underway to acquire, you too can be part as a real estate investor.

So what is Liwarin Capital, and what do we do?
Well it is what the name implies, a real estate acquisition company that invest in residential and commercial properties. We have typical investors, some as low as $25k upwards to $500k.

The general partners, (the people who run the company) will use those to purchase investment properties like apartments, townhouses, duplexes etc etc. One of the questions that gets brought up is, "Is there be a market for what we do?" and I point to the biggest corporation of them all Blackrock and their real estate portfolio.

Liwarin Capital is responsible for finding clients and underwriting all transactions, along with handling raising equity, running properties, performing maintenance and paying out investors in time. In short we are a corporation that acquire residential and commercial properties, run it profitably and then sell it later for profit if all investors agree. So, now you ask, why invest with Liwarin Capital and what is the benefits?
There are many benefits for partnering up with us, the biggest one is more opportunities to expand and scale.

Most people approach real estate from the solo investor mindset. The problem with this perception is that it significantly limits your investment choices and requires a more considerable amount of experience and time from your end. Suppose you have $150,000 to invest and decide to put this all into a single-family home. In that case, you’ll need to be the landlord yourself for it, or you’ll need to contract out this responsibility to a property management company which most likely would not make sense with one or two houses.
