TruSilver Metals is heading to the New Orleans Investment Conference, October 28–31.

And the timing couldn’t be more significant.

Following our recent announcement, TruSilver anticipates beginning trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under TAG on or about October 27, subject to final approval.

What’s next?

A great two days in Vancouver.
TruSilver Metals was pleased to take part in the Metals Investor Forum on September 18–19, where our President & CEO, Michael Gross, presented the TruSilver story to investors and industry professionals.
But some of the best conversations happened off stage.
We had a steady stream of investors stop by our booth, ask questions and dig deeper into what we’ve been building at our 100%-owned Sturgis-Walton Silver Project in Nova Scotia.
For our team, it was an opportunity to step away from our desks, the maps, models and technical work for a couple of days and share the story directly with the investment community.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, listened to Michael’s presentation and took the time to learn more about TruSilver.
A lot of work has brought us to this point.
Now we’re looking forward to what’s next.

A significant day for TruSilver Metals.

TruSilver has completed its $2.5 million financing and strengthened its exploration leadership with the appointment of Matt Rees, M.Sc., P.Geo., as Director and Vice-President of Exploration.

Matt brings more than 40 years of mineral exploration experience, including more than 11 years with IAMGOLD, where he served as Chief Geologist from 2018 to 2023.

During his time with IAMGOLD, Matt was part of the team responsible for discovering or acquiring approximately 29 million ounces of gold.

Capital in place. Technical leadership strengthened. The next chapter is exploration.

Galaxy Ventures Inc. (TSXV: GXY.P)—the TSX Venture Exchange-listed capital pool company that has entered into an amalgamation agreement with TruSilver in connection with a proposed Qualifying Transaction—today announced:

“TruSilver Deepens 1960s Holes to 712 Metres, Logs Sulphides Next to Past-Producing Walton Silver Mine”

Barite, Siderite Alteration and Disseminated Sulphides Logged Below Historic Drill Depths: Initial geological logging identified abundant barite, strongly sideritized carbonate and associated sulphide veinlets within the prospective geological horizon below the depths the historic holes reached.

45 Core Samples Submitted for Assay: TruSilver has selected and submitted 45 core samples from the extended portions of drill holes S68-5Ext and S70-1Ext to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ontario, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Assay results are pending and will be released once received and reviewed.

TruSilver Enters into Definitive RTO Agreement with Galaxy Ventures Inc. (TSXV: GXY.P)

TruSilver Metals Corp. has signed a definitive agreement with Galaxy Ventures Inc. in connection with a proposed reverse takeover transaction that is expected to result in TruSilver becoming a publicly listed silver exploration company.
This is an important milestone as we advance the Sturgis-Walton Silver Project in Nova Scotia.

TruSilver holds a 100% interest in the Project, free and clear of royalties. Located near the historic Walton Mine, the Project includes the Sturgis Target — a priority drill target interpreted as a large, deep anomaly with potential to represent a feeder system associated with the historic Walton mineralizing system.

With drilling permits in place, TruSilver plans to advance the next phase of exploration through additional drilling designed to evaluate the scale and continuity of mineralization.

We look forward to building TruSilver as a publicly listed Canadian silver exploration company focused on advancing this compelling Nova Scotia opportunity.
