How your life has turned out is your responsibility...
β It's all up to you. It's been shaped by the decisions you make every single day...
TV? Junk food? Sleep in? Go out on weekends and drink?
Or...
ποΈβοΈ Podcasts to continue learning? Whole, nutrient-dense foods? Go to sleep early to feel rested? Hit the gym on the weekend?
The compound effect is very powerful...
And incremental changes on the daily, will help you transform and succeed over 3 months, and then 6 months, and then 12 months.
But I DO get it...
It's natural to hold onto what's familiar, what's comfortable. Our brain is wired that way, BUT!
If we want a life we've never had, we must do things we've never done.
AND...
You can't fully embrace your future if you're gripping tightly onto your past.
π Your dream life is on the other side of working towards it, which includes discomfort, and there is not gain or change without discomfort.
Growth will happen when you release the attachments that no longer serve you.
Let go of our old self. Embrace the unknown.
You owe it to yourself.
