Phyto Extractions is a Canadian cannabis concentrate company, founded in 2015 in British Columbia. It is a legacy brand that is known for its quality concentrates and for being deeply rooted in cannabis culture and community.
In 2019, our brand transitioned into the legal framework, under the Cannabis Act. We have since been bringing concentrates to the market, in the form of vaporizer pens and high terpene extracts, with more products planned to launch in 2021.

Who we’re looking for:
As Territory Manager it is your responsibility to develop and maintain key relationships, actively engage the community and provide product education within your region.
An ideal candidate is a passionate self starter who wants to grow and develop their skills within the industry long-term. It is your responsibility to increase sales volume and distribution while exceeding other KPI’s.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small, agile team of highly passionate, solution-focused people. You are expected to have or develop a thorough understanding of cannabis concentrates, their production practices and culture. Taking initiative in your own learning of the technical and regulatory aspects of the business is essential for success.
Responsibilities:
Actively present and promote Phyto Extractions products to licensed retailers and consumers
Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts in your territory
Conduct product knowledge sessions with retailers and consumers in store
Exceed key performance indicators outlined by management
Collect data and provide feedback on products, processes and performance
Efficiently and effectively follow process to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled
Manage your own time to ensure retail engagement responsibilities are fulfilled
Collaborate with sales team to develop and launch sales and marketing initiatives across the country
Collect and develop content for social media
Maintain accurate records and compliance with CRM
Experience/Skills:
Passion for the plant and industry
Focus on self improvement and development
Extremely motivated with exceptional problem solving skills
Knowledge of cannabis sales and marketing regulations for your territory
2+ years cannabis industry sales or marketing experience and is an asset
Understanding of the Cannabis Act promotion prohibitions is an asset
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Expert knowledge in cannabis concentrates and production practices is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, Monday.com
Familiarity with social media platforms is an asset
Proven ability to work remotely
Time management and self-initiative skills are essential
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s in a sales
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Clean drivers abstract, driver’s license and vehicle are a necessity
