News || Blackrock Silver announces graduation to the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Our common shares will begin trading on the TSX at market open on October 15, 2026, under the unchanged symbol BRC.

This milestone comes as Blackrock advances its 100%-owned Tonopah West project in Nevada, with permitting nearly complete and initial underground development targeted for 2027. The move to Canada’s senior exchange gives a broader investor audience the opportunity to follow that next phase.

For shareholders:
• The BRC ticker remains unchanged.
• OTCQX: BKRRF and FSE: AHZ0 listings continue.
• No action is required.
• TSX Venture Exchange delisting takes effect October 15.

A larger position in the Tonopah Mining District.

Figure 1 shows Blackrock Silver’s landholdings along the Fraction caldera margin, including Tonopah East. Blackrock has entered into an agreement to acquire the project’s 146 mineral claims, adding 12.1 km² to its existing 26.6 km².

Upon closing, the acquisition would increase Blackrock’s district landholdings by approximately 45% to nearly 39 km². Tonopah East is about five kilometres from the planned mill and process plant at Tonopah West.

Blackrock Silver is expanding its position in Nevada’s Tonopah Mining District.

The Company has entered into an agreement to acquire Tonopah East, adding 146 mineral claims and 12.1 km² along the eastern margin of the Fraction caldera. The acquisition would increase Blackrock’s district landholdings by approximately 45%, to nearly 39 km².

Tonopah East is approximately five kilometres from Blackrock’s planned mill and process plant, creating an opportunity to broaden exploration as Tonopah West advances toward development.

Blackrock Silver has extended silver and gold mineralization an additional 600 metres northwest at its Tonopah West project in Nevada.

The first results from its Eastern Expansion and Northwest Step Out programs include 0.49 m grading 1,096 g/t silver equivalent in drillhole TXC26-200. Assays for 12 drillholes are pending, and drilling is ongoing.
