Rental Fleet Coordinator's main duties are managing the inventory fleet, quotes and daily operations of this business and a rental office in the same space. It is an ADMIN position but you will need to also program and maintain the rental fleet when the assistant is not working. This is a physical job (lifting cases, preparing equipment, assisting with land out into trucks) and can be demanding given the nature and last minute requests of production. You will also attend to bookkeeping and other organization tasks. Any marketing emails, InDesign, wordpress, web site management / maintenance are a bonus.
