Fact of the day:

On average, a range hood fan must move at a minimum of 100 CFM of air for about every 12 inches of the stove width!

Here, chef Julian (in his hard hat) is doing the math in his head, since the stoves coming into this kitchen are recycled from an old kitchen. ♻️

The owner of this new build is putting together something amazing for the next generation of cooks & bakers to play in!
