Plastic Bags live unsustainable and undignified lives. After they have outlived their short purpose, they are thrown away in landfills for hundreds of years before breaking down. Abandoned bags that make it to the ocean take the lives of over 100,000 animals every year from ingesting or becoming entangled. With trillions of plastic bags consumed worldwide every year, the lasting impact of plastic bags is heavy for the environment.
Created by a group of high school students with creative minds and entrepreneurial spirits, Fusable was born to change that. They took plastic bags that were destined to be thrown away and fused them into something new and reusable. Each one unique and hand crafted, these bags are sustainable, functional, and modern. The plastic bags used to make this have been given a second chance. Will you be the one to give it a new life?
