Melody’s House Calls is a mobile home care service offering personal care, foot care, household management assistance, companionship, appointment escorting and nursing care to individuals who value their in
dependence and wish to be cared for at home. Our highly qualified staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Care Aides, Home Support Workers and housekeepers. The staff of Melody’s House Calls are criminal record checked, screened and certified in their discipline and are always up to date with First Aid, CPR and Food Safe certifications to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of care. In order to match the perfect caregiver to each client, Melody’s House Calls provides a free in-home consultation to all interested parties. We also aim to bridge relationships by working hard to provide continuity of care. This means that whenever possible, the same caregiver visits the client building trust and camaraderie. Our foot care service continues to be our most popular and requested visit. Our certified foot care nurses arrive at the client’s home fully equipped with basin and supplies and offer a relaxing and therapeutic treatment. They are trained to assess and treat both common and uncommon foot problems such as calluses, corns and fungal nails, as well as provide diabetic foot care. Melody’s House Calls also has trained compression stocking fitters who will come to your home to take your measurements and deliver your stockings to you when they come in, complete with instructions for use and care. Melody’s House Calls is registered with the Veterans Independence Program and as such is able to accept VAC Health Identification Cards to bill the Department of Veterans Affairs directly.
