Highway 8, the major British Columbia highway running past our New Craigmont Copper Project, was originally built in the 1950s to serve the historic Craigmont mine. That mine operated from 1961 to 1982 before closing. Decades later, the same corridor still runs directly past the property we are now exploring.

Our planned first mining phase at Treasure Mountain, known as Stope 2, targets approximately 400,000 ounces of silver, 1.7 million pounds of lead, and 950,000 pounds of zinc. Lead and zinc production is structured to cover our operating costs. That leaves the silver largely as project upside as we advance toward a planned 2027 restart.

📢 NEWS RELEASE: Nicola Mining has announced the extension of its Rock and Gravel Extraction and Preferential Engagement Agreement with Lower Nicola Site Services through March 3, 2033. The extension supports continued collaboration at the Craigmont Mine Site in British Columbia, where Nicola receives a per-tonne royalty for material extracted.

The Company has also completed its first-ever diamond drilling program at the MB Zone of its Treasure Mountain Silver Project, comprising four holes totaling approximately 800 metres.

We are currently in the process to expand our Merritt Mill's processing capacity from 200 to 500 tonnes per day. The mill's flotation circuit was already built to handle up to 750 tonnes per day, and the original site design supports scaling to 1,500 tonnes per day over time. We plan to expand further only once our current capacity becomes the bottleneck for our partners.

Following the confirmation of porphyry copper potential at our Jotun target in June 2026, we are now using data from that drill hole alongside property-wide geophysics and Draken soil geochemistry to refine our targeting for the next phase of exploration. Our 2027 program will be designed around what the full 2026 dataset tells us, with the goal of systematically testing the scale and character of the system we have identified. The Jotun result opened a door, and the work ahead is about understanding what is behind it.
