The client defines the problem and considers how to solve it
The client has a defined problem and is now trying to research, collect and understand the available methods and approaches to solve his problem

What to find out

What categories of solutions do clients explore?
How do clients educate themselves in these categories?
How do clients perceive the positives and negatives of each category?
How do clients decide which category is good for them_

What to do?

Understand how your service solves clients' problems compared to the competition.
Consider how your competitors present themselves in the market and how they affect client perceptions
Provide the client with resources to help him find the right solution

The client realizes that he has a problem.
The client is trying to find resources to better understand, frame, and name the problem

What to find out

How do clients describe their goals and problems in the context of my business?
How do our clients gather information in the context of their goals and problems?
What are the consequences of not overcoming the problem?
Are there any misconceptions that clients have when approaching these goals and problems?
How clients decide whether to prioritize this problem and its solution.

What to do

Create content with information that educates clients about the problem
Give them the resources to help them define the problem
Help them

Tips

Remember a situation when you first realize you need a certain service. What challenges did you face at that time?
How did you find out what can help you?
How familiar were you with the various market options?
