In Canada Day, let’s celebrate with some delicious eclairs 😋

Combining my baking and photography skills to make the perfect eclair! I set myself a mission this week to make a crack free eclair and after some tinkering I’m so happy with these! My eclairs usually burst all over the place but these held their shape so well, with no cracks at all. 😍😍
