That’s dating burnout, and it’s more common than you think.

Signs you’re experiencing it: → Every first date drains you instead of exciting you → You expect disappointment before anything even happens → You’ve stopped believing the right person is out there → You protect yourself by not getting excited anymore → You’d rather be alone than go through it again

This doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’ve been doing this without the right support for too long.

Dating burnout happens when we spend years going on dates that go nowhere, investing emotionally in people who aren’t right for us, with no real direction and no one in your corner.
