The chaos built backstage is an unforgettable experience. Everyone is trying to perfect their craft and make sure each detail is in place. The anxiety seen in the designers eyes and the sweat coming down the stylist’s face while putting together the finish look is something you need to encounter. It’s true passion seen and a vision about to become a reality.

As March 28 comes to an end, South Asian Fashion Weeks first day of full shows were suppose to come to an end.

As all those involved in creating this platform sit at home today and imagine all that would’ve been done, we want to remind all our designers, models, artist, creators, producers, sponsors, volunteers and guest you all are appreciated.

Due to the covid-19 situation SOUTH ASIAN FASHION WEEK & all affiliated events are POSTPONED!

We are devastated to postpone this international fashion week, but at this time of global uncertainty, the health, safety and well-being of all our guests, designers, models and SAFW staff members must stand at the forefront of any decisions that impact our communities. The situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve rapidly and we urge everyone to follow guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials. .

If you have purchased tickets online, they will be valid for the upcoming new show dates or they are refundable. .
