We're planning a 20,000-metre Phase 2 drill program at Pt. Leamington, our 100%-owned VMS deposit in central Newfoundland.

Phase 1 did two important things: it stretched the known massive sulphide system to more than a kilometre of strike, and it discovered Kraken, a broad copper-rich zone sitting in the footwall of the deposit. Kraken isn't in our current resource estimate — Phase 2 is designed to change that.

The program will also target converting roughly half of our 13.7 million tonnes of pit-constrained Inferred resources into the Indicated category, while our teams keeps working the wider land package for the next discovery.

Visionary Copper and Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: VCG) has received its prospecting permits and our field crews are now on the ground sampling five priority regional targets across our expanded ~30,000-hectare land package in central Newfoundland.

Phase 2 Drilling — Permits Submitted, Two Rigs Being Lined Up
Visionary has submitted an Application for Exploration Approval for a Phase 2 diamond drilling program designed to upgrade and expand the existing Pt. Leamington mineral resource, with a particular focus on the newly discovered Kraken Zone. Two drill rigs are planned.

Phase 1 Results — Mineralization in Every Kraken Hole
The recently completed Phase 1 program — the first drilling at Pt. Leamington in over two decades — was highly successful. Highlights include:

75.8 m of 0.45% Cu (incl. 12.0 m of 1.09% Cu) in PL-112
41.5 m of 0.39% Cu (incl. 7.5 m of 0.89% Cu) in PL-118

~30,000 Ha Regional Land Package
Prospecting and ground geophysics permits have been filed across all 21 mineral licenses in the expanded ~30,000 hectare land package, including the Lewis Lake area — a VMS-prospective target that Billiton/BHP concluded was "permissive to host a large massive sulphide deposit."

Field Personnel on the Ground Now - Team is actively ground-truthing target areas and preparing the site ahead of Phase 2 drilling.

Following additional open-market purchases and the full exercise of all 666,667 previously held share purchase warrants at $1.10 per share, The Quaternary Group now beneficially owns 2,650,301 common shares — representing approximately 11.24% of Visionary's issued and outstanding shares.

The warrant exercise provides the Company with approximately $733,334 in gross proceeds, which will be directed toward general working capital and advancing our portfolio of base and precious metals projects, with a focus on the 100% owned Pt. Leamington Deposit in central Newfoundland.

Visionary Copper and Gold Mines Inc. (TSX-V: VCG | OTCQB: VCGMF) has expanded the land package at its 100%-owned Pt. Leamington Project in central Newfoundland to nearly 30,000 hectares (300 km²) — outlining a district-scale volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) exploration opportunity.

A portion of the newly staked ground covers the historic "Lewis Lake" area, explored between 1999 and 2001 under a joint venture that included Billiton Exploration Canada Ltd. (now BHP), as well as adjacent ground previously worked by respected operators including Noranda, Altius Resources and Inmet Mining.

During that period, Billiton/Rubicon completed a 1,100 line-kilometre airborne survey and a 15-hole, 2,822 m Phase I diamond drilling program — concluding the work had "established an environment that is permissive to host a large massive sulphide deposit." No exploration drilling has been conducted in the area since.

Visionary now controls one of the most thoroughly studied — yet most under-drilled — VMS districts in central Newfoundland. Multiple high-priority targets remain untested, including undrilled surface EM anomalies, strong off-hole EM conductors and IP chargeability anomalies that the Company intends to "ground truth" and advance as part of an upcoming Phase 2 exploration program.

Phase 1 drilling at our 100%-owned Pt. Leamington Project in central Newfoundland has delivered exactly what we hoped for — and more.

Every single hole drilled to test the newly discovered Kraken Zone returned base and precious metals mineralization, and the zone remains open in every direction. We also expanded the existing Pt. Leamington VMS deposit's strike to over 1km.

PL-118: 9.7m of 0.62 g/t gold, 21.28 g/t silver, 0.47% copper, 2.51% zinc near surface
PL-118: 41.5m of 0.39% copper, including 7.5m of 0.89% copper in the Kraken Zone
