+Coaching is about training; about teaching skills and sharing knowledge to improve a person’s capabilities. Coaches work with goals, dreams, and action plans.

+Supervising typically requires a ‘supervisor’ to direct a person’s schedule and tasks, ensuring things are completed on time and helping guide next steps.

+Mentorship requires the sharing of lived experiences, and giving advice through conversations. It’s often less structured than coaching or supervising., and focuses on inspiring mentees.
