is a mineral exploration and development company, which has the right to earn-in up to 60%, and acquire a further 20% (to an aggregate total of 80%) of Zambia High Light Mining Investment Limited, which holds the 505 km2 Solwezi Group of Licenses (“Licences”) in Zambia. The Licences are located in the Solwezi Region, in the North-Western Copperbelt Province of Zambia, approximately 450 km from the
capital city of Lusaka. The Licences consist of two individual prospecting/exploration licenses totalling over 505 km2 of ground and are adjacent (to the west, southwest and south) of First Quantum’s Kansanshi Mining Complex, Africa's largest copper mine, on the prolific Zambia-Congo Copperbelt. The Licences are accessible year round via asphalt road from Lusaka, and the area is serviced with adequate power infrastructure and generous ground water supplies. Led by experienced directors and talented management, The Company aims to further explore the Licences and to build on the historical work completed to date by both First Quantum and Midnight Sun, in an effort to work towards a maiden resource(s) in the known mineralized areas on the Licence(s). The Zambian-Congo Copperbelt is host to some of the world’s richest copper and cobalt mines, with major operators that include: Barrick, Rio Tinto, Glencore, Ivanhoe Mines and First Quantum Minerals.
