A candle wick is made of carbon and burns.

But when you starve it of oxygen, the flame dies.

Your body generates energy in a similar manner from carbon that you consume.

And it needs oxygen to burn that carbon to create energy.

eBalance® is almost unique in the blood pressure treatment category. Why?

In a Health Canada approved clinical trial it has shown to lower blood pressure.

Pre trial average of 142/78 dropped to End of Study 128/70 and both systolic and diastolic dropped in 25 of the 30 participants.

What is unique is that the drop occurred in the first 7 weeks of the 12 trial and then plateaued for the remaining 5 weeks.

This may indicate that eBalance® helps your body to manage blood pressure as it sees fit. Which, of course, is what it's designed to do.

Whereas, if you take blood pressure medication, you have to constantly modify it as you alter your lifestyle, indicating that this medication artificially affects your blood pressure.

I used to think that exercise doesn't add anything to your body like medication does.

But in fact, exercise adds the most important element to your body. It adds oxygen.

Exercise increases your lung capacity, which increases your oxygen intake.

It also increases your heart rate, which pumps that extra oxygen throughout your body at a faster rate.

And that's the same oxygen that generates your life giving energy at the cellular level.

In a subgroup analysis of a clinical trial on the effects of eBalance® on certain bio markers, it was found that clinically obese participants had worse pre trial bio markers than normal BMI participants.

The obese subjects also received the most benefit from the treatments as the normal BMI subjects didn’t need as much benefit as their markers were more in line with normal.

The moral of the story: Keep your BMI in the normal range close to 22 or 23 and you won’t have problematic bio markers.

It's full of so much information but at its root is energy, or lack thereof.

France: 10% - Lowest in the west.

Diabetes Cases per 100,000
US: 21.6
France: 9

Although these data points are from different sources and years, it doesn't take a certified statistician to see the relationship between obesity and disease.

Obesity is the low hanging fruit for fixing health issues in America.

AI, with no prompting, pointed out an interesting point about our eBalance® trial results.

There were no significant detrimental effects on the kidney.

Did it point this out because studies targeting blood pressure, blood sugar and insulin are normally drug studies and drugs harm kidneys?

AI is now perfect. And for good health, it recommends:

1. Eat Healthy food and restrict your calories.
2. Exercise 3 to 4 days a week, including cardio and resistance.
3. Sleep until you're refreshed. Don't cheat.
4. Avoid stress or use stress management techniques to manage your stress.
5. Manage your personal relationships so that they are healthy relationships.
6. This one is from StimCell: Stay hydrated. You're body is electric and ionized water is a great conductor.

Here's another health fact.

Food alone cannot make you healthy.

This is obvious by the fact that the more you eat, the less healthy you get. There are very few old obese people.

Food does, however, keep you alive.

Exercise on the other hand utilizes the carbon in food to energize your cells and keep your body healthy.

Focus first and foremost on energy optimization.
