What an honour for of to meet at the Carrier Sekani I AM Women’s Wellness Symposium!

Hearing Clara speak so honestly and from the heart about her mental health struggles — and how even winning Olympic medals didn’t fix all her problems — was incredibly powerful.

Her humility, honesty, and passion were such an important reminder that taking care of our mental health matters. Everyone loved seeing the incredible live graphic recordings come together throughout the event — so much creativity, storytelling, and ink capturing these meaningful conversations. 💛✍️🎨

We were honoured to capture the 2nd annual What Happens Upstream conference in Vernon, BC through live graphic recording! 🙌 Led and organized by the day was filled with courage, leadership, and most amazingly – youth speaking their nsyilxcən language. How cool is that?
