Hi BWS Community,

Our second session is “What Do You Like?: Conversations That Build Better Intimacy”(Sexual Communication 101) with on April 18th 10am PST

Talking about s*x is not always easy, but it is essential.

As women, we are often taught to be silent when it comes to our s*xuality. As a result, many of us learn to ignore our needs and desires, and to even be ashamed of them.

Together, we will explore how to tackle internalized shame and advocate for yourself. We will look at practical frameworks for initiating these conversations, navigating vulnerability, and responding with empathy rather than judgment.

We will unpack common communication barriers, challenge myths about s*xual communication, and offer tools to help you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Whether you are in a long-term relationship or just beginning to explore a connection with someone new, this session will help you build the skills to communicate more clearly, listen more deeply, and create a stronger foundation for trust and intimacy.

Hi BWS Community,

Kicking off our relationship series is
Rewriting the Script: Healing Inner Child Wounds within Romantic Relationships with on April 16th at 5pm PST.

The way we show up in relationships is often shaped long before we start dating. In this interactive session, we will explore how inner child wounds, attachment styles, and family dynamics influence our patterns in love. From people-pleasing to self-protection, we will unpack where these habits come from and how they show up in real time.

Together, we will reflect on what it means to reparent yourself, set boundaries that feel aligned, and move toward relationships that feel more grounded and secure.

Expect honest conversations, practical tools, and space to better understand yourself in relationships.

Hi BWS Community,

We are thrilled to present our second “Roses, Red Flags & Real Love”, our twohree-part series unpacking the heart of relationships as BIPOC women.

In Rewriting the Script, we will unpack how inner child wounds, attachment styles, and family dynamics shape the way we show up in love, and explore tools for healing, self-preservation, and reparenting.

In Sexual Communication 101, we will focus on building confidence and clarity in intimate conversations, with practical guidance on expressing needs, boundaries, and desires.

Through reflection, discussion, and interactive exercises, these sessions offer space to better understand yourself and how you connect with others.

Hi BWS Community,

Our Pilates class with was truly such a lovely experience.

The energy in the room felt calm, open, and really supportive from the start. Everyone showed up as they were, and it was so nice to move together in a way that felt intentional but not overwhelming.

And honestly, the moments before and after class were just as special. BIWOC chatting, laughing, easing into conversation, it felt warm and natural in a way that reminds us why these spaces matter.
Thank you to everyone who came and made it what it was.

We are so grateful to share space like this with you. ❤️
