5️⃣ Does modular improve the 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - holding costs, interest exposure, programme risk and time-to-revenue?
