🚨 NEW: Foremost will earn a majority 51% interest across its Athabasca uranium portfolio under its Option Agreement with Denison Mines Corp.

The milestone comes after completing more than $8 million in qualifying exploration expenditures and is expected to be achieved approximately 15 months ahead of schedule.

Since partnering with Denison in 2024, Foremost has made a new uranium discovery at Hatchet Lake, advanced multiple projects through drilling and geophysics, and built a growing pipeline of high-priority exploration targets across one of the world's premier uranium districts.
