George & Bell Consulting and Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators are pleased to announce their merger to become Convyta Partners.

Bilsland Griffith provides administration services to multi-employer pension and benefit plans and was established in 2010; it currently employs over 40 team members and operates out of its Burnaby office. George & Bell is a full-service retirement, benefit, and investment consulting firm established in 2012 with a team of almost 50 operating out of its Vancouver, Edmonton, and Toronto offices.

The firms serve similar clients and provide complementary services. The change will allow the new firm to be wholly aligned with the goals of its clients and their plan members. The transaction close is expected at the end of September. In the meantime, George & Bell and Bilsland Griffith are already moving to combine operations.
