Our Job is
-Communicating with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) or Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)/Service Canada on behalf of the client

-Providing guidance on how to select the best immigration stream and creating a life-time plan regarding immigration and employment opportunity in Canada.

-Representing a client to Service Canada or CIC in temporary and immigration visa application.

-Representing an employer in LMIA application. Alex Kim, who is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) since 2012 (CSIC since 2010). After completing his diploma from Ashton College in Immigration Consultant (Degree from Chosun University in Political Science) he has been pursuing his passion for helping newcomers build a life in Canada. In 2013, he launched an immigration office in Vancouver, Behere Consulting Ltd.

Can visitors get Express Entry job offer points? Potentially—under the announced rules starting November 3, 2026, if they meet the applicable requirements.

A job offer, permission to work, and eligibility for CRS points are three separate things. A job offer alone does not authorize you to work in Canada, and visitor status alone does not qualify you for points.

No LMIA does not mean automatic Express Entry job offer points.

The announced changes start November 3, 2026. The occupation must qualify, and the offer must be genuine and meet the applicable requirements. The high-wage classification is based on the occupation’s NOC code—not your individual salary.
