Some of my herbs I just harvested from my garden, Sage, Peppermint, and Thyme 😍🌿 washed it and getting ready to dry it to preserve it for using all year, in my cooking, skincare, and medicine apothecary🍀💚 smells amazing!🧙‍♀️

I've been changing how I shop and eat for years, I completley stopped eating from fast food chains like McDonald's, I also never buy candy or candy bars now. Buying 2-3 vegetables and fruits from the farmers market for our weekly needs, and making things from scratch when I can like breads, and baked goods. I'm sensitive to wheat and probably most people have a problem with wheat and don't realise it. There are so many more unnatural ingredients in breads now that will totally mess with your gut biome and are not necessary. The gut is your second brain so it's vital to be mindful of what your ingesting.

It's been said to become the very things you wish to see in the world so I hope to inspire and be a model of living and eating clean, organically, and healthy. Sharing parts of my journey to better living for us all🙌😍💚
