The response from our seniors at last Saturday's event was even better than we expected!
Thank you to CCM for inviting us to join the Seniors Day on October 3rd.
🎰 So much fun! The "Health Quiz & Win" was a piece of cake for them!
😂 Lots of laughs! Our elderly friends were so energetic and funny, keeping our booth buzzing with excitement all day long.
🎁 Packed with gifts! Everyone went home happy with our eco-bags, hand warmers, and limited-time coupons. For those who left with hands full, remember to share our services and bring your friends to visit our center!

多謝 FM961 訪問及報道 Warm Hands，分享我哋創辦守暖嘅初衷！💙

我哋位於本拿比 The City of Lougheed 嘅綜合服務中心將於 10 月 1 日開始試業，並計劃於 11 月 28 日正式開幕。守暖由長者居家照顧服務起步，逐步擴展至兒童及家庭服務，希望為社區帶嚟更多陪伴同支援。

中心將以廣東話為主要服務語言，並提供英語及普通話支援。除咗居家照顧，中心亦計劃提供長者社交活動、科技學習、一對一社工輔導、情緒支援、兒童課後托管及興趣班等服務。

我哋希望建立一個有溫度、以社區為本嘅空間，讓有需要嘅朋友感受到關懷同尊重。🏡✨

Thank you to FM961 for interviewing Warm Hands and sharing the story behind our organization! 💙

Our integrated service centre at The City of Lougheed in Burnaby will begin its soft opening on October 1, with the official grandopening planned for November 28. Warm Hands began with in-home care for seniors and is expanding its support for children and families.

Cantonese will be the centre’s primary service language, with support also available in English and Mandarin. Alongside home care, planned services include social activities and technology support for seniors, one-on-one social work counselling, emotional support, after-school childcare, and interest classes.

We hope to create a welcoming community space where people who need support feel cared for and respected. 🏡✨
