Just finished our latest build. Turned a 2 floor old character house 3 floor house while keeping all its charm. Full Reno down to the studs inside and out . Lifted the house to add the bottem basement suite . Each floor is it's own suite and are all wheel chair accessible with an addition of a private interior elevator.

Finishing touches on a 1100sqft laneway house .carpentry and site supervising all done by the crew . Exterior photos to come when stucco is completed. From excavation to completion

Just putting the finishing touches on a kitchen . Cabinets supplied by letch kitchens .its been entered into a kitchen design contest .will keep you posted on results . Happy how it all turned out

A patch is a patch I guess. So, I guess it doesn't matter how you get there as long as you get there?
