Business Coaching Isn’t About Having the Answers, It’s About Asking Better Questions.

Too often, we rush to “fix the problem.”

As advisors, we’re wired to solve. But when we jump straight to solutions, we miss the most powerful part of the process: getting curious.

- Curious about the real root causes behind the surface-level issues.
- Curious about what’s really holding the owner back.
- Curious about where they truly want to go, not just tactically, but personally, emotionally, and financially.

When we slow down, ask deeper questions, and co-create clarity, we open the door to conversations that go far beyond firefighting:

- We start talking about building transferable value.
- We uncover hidden opportunities to unlock wealth.
- We help owners design a path to real freedom.

This isn’t about being the smartest person in the room, it’s about being the most present.

What. A. Night.

After a full day of networking with purpose-driven professionals across Vancouver, I had the absolute honour of attending the 17th Annual Mission Possible Gala, and what an unforgettable evening it was!

Surrounded by incredible people and powerful stories, we came together to support a cause that’s truly changing lives. Together, we raised an astounding $367,812 (and counting!) to support individuals transitioning out of poverty and homelessness, offering them coaching, training, and meaningful employment within the very community they call home.

Mission Possible is proof that when we come together with heart and purpose, transformation happens, not only for individuals, but for entire communities.

I feel so grateful to now call Vancouver home, and to be building a tribe of high-impact professionals who are committed to growth, contribution, and legacy.

First time at BNI, what an incredible morning!

Today, I had the privilege of being a guest at the BNI Big Tsunami chapter in Vancouver, one of the largest and most impactful chapters in Canada.

A huge thank you to Paul Simmons, CAIB, Insurance Consultants , my corporate insurance broker, for the invitation, and to Richard Sehmer of Coal Harbour Law for sharing the table with me.

This group left a lasting impression.
🔹 Millions in referrals generated annually.
🔹 Tangible impact across industries.
🔹 A culture of measurable performance, shared values, and real accountability.
🔹 And most importantly, they don’t just talk business. They do business.

This morning served as a powerful reminder:
1. Get out in your local business community.

Today at the EO Global Women’s Summer Summit, I found myself surrounded by bold, brilliant, high-powered women—all gathering in a space intentionally designed for growth, expansion, and deep connection.

This is more than a learning environment—it’s a launchpad for what’s next. The love, trust, and truth in this room make it safe to step out of comfort zones and into possibility.

A Weekend I’ll Never Forget.

This weekend, I stood in Times Square with my children, holding a copy of Ready to Rise — a book born from my deepest pain, my fiercest fight, and my unwavering belief that we can rewrite our lives.

Years ago, I walked away from financial security in pursuit of freedom.
What I didn’t expect was the collapse that followed — the loss of identity, place, and family.
But here’s what I now know: rock bottom can be solid ground if you choose to rebuild.

Through years of deep therapy, gut-wrenching inner work, and an unshakable commitment to live with integrity, I reclaimed myself. I rose. Not back to who I was — but forward to who I was always meant to become.

Today, Ready to Rise is more than a book — it’s a blueprint for any human navigating a major life transition, anyone who’s stumbled, fallen, or been cracked wide open.
