You can't ask for a better neighbor.

Right next to our Sunnyside Project sits South32's Hermosa, one of the most significant critical-minerals developments in the United States, and the largest private investment in southern Arizona's history. There's a massive amount of infrastructure going into the ground directly beside us to build it out.

But here's what we find most compelling about the address: we believe the heat engine that drove all of it sits on our ground.

The Sunnyside copper porphyry, the large intrusive system at the core of our property is, in our interpretation, the source responsible for the mineralization across this district, including the deposits South32 is now building a mine around.

That's the system we're working to test and define at Sunnyside.

🗺️ A copper footprint is taking shape at Triple C and it's still growing.

Every one of the first 15 RC holes we drilled to test our Triple C target ended in copper mineralization. All 15.

We've now traced a 600m strike, stepped 650m to the north — and we're still seeing mineralization. What's emerging is a near-surface copper body sitting right at surface… and we're drilling it cheaply.

The groundwork behind it: a fully permitted US Forest Service plan of operation that took six years to earn. Now we've got the green light to test every target on the property in a tier-one jurisdiction.

Arizona is elephant country for copper and we're just starting to touch the surface. 🪨

Our team is working to define a near-surface copper mineralization discovery in one of the best mining jurisdictions on the globe with real upside emerging at both Triple C and Sunnyside.

We believe this is only the beginning of what these projects can deliver.

Copper grades are falling worldwide. The replacements are deeper, costlier, harder to permit. So the question isn't just how much copper - it's where.

Christina lays it out in this clip: Arizona is elephant country for copper porphyry. Nearly 70% of US copper comes from this one state. And Barksdale Resources' Sunnyside Project sits right in the middle of it - next door to multi-billion-dollar mines with 30-year-plus mine lifes and billions in new infrastructure.

Here's the kicker: mineralization doesn't stop at a property line.

Historic drilling points to the copper on the South32 side carrying straight onto Barksdale's ground. And at Triple C, it starts near surface.

The grades back it up - recent drilling hit 0.93% and 0.90% copper over ~61m, plus 2.75% copper and 73.5 g/t silver over 3m.

Same district. Excellent starting point.

Assays from our 2026 Phase II drill program at Sunnyside are in and they delivered.

From the first four RC holes:
◼️ 0.93% Cu over 60.96 m and 0.90% Cu over 60.96 m - broad, shallow porphyry intercepts
◼️ 2.75% Cu and 73.5 g/t Ag over 3.05 m in SUN26-001R
◼️ Drills running non-stop, with the mid-level and deeper porphyry targets still ahead

Sunnyside shares a border with South32's $4B Hermosa project, and we believe the Triple C target sits in the upper levels of a much larger system.
