βοΈ Valid job offer from a designated employer in the community
βοΈ At least 1 year (1,560 hours) of related work experience in the past 3 years
βοΈ Meet the language requirements (CLB 4β6 depending on occupation)
βοΈ Canadian or equivalent foreign educational credentials (with ECA)
βοΈ Proof of settlement funds (unless already in Canada with a valid work permit)
