Learning so much at SAAS North! One of my favourite hot tips from today was having HR write the job description for the AI agent and clearly specifying the KPIs for the “role” that the Agent will do. Then manage that AI Agent (or digital employee) to that job description and it’s KPIs to ensure it is performing to its best ability. If we do this, will HR management become Human and Digital Resource Management?

Recently, we have devoted a significant amount of time to discussing the future of work. During a recent panel at the Innovation Week, the question was raised: "Which jobs will be most impacted by AI?" "Which jobs are going away?" The panel answered this really well - and it inspired us to write a blog. More importantly, it got us thinking about innovation and change and how technology is always changing. And THAT lead us down the rabbit hole of amazing women who have changed the world - so this blog is for the women who change the world, from Florence Nightingale to Katherine Johnson to Jane O'Hara and every other wonderful woman who's done incredible things.

Fun fact: mother, Jane O'Hara, worked for a firm called Bacon and Bacon back in late 70's early 80's. There was a team of about 40 women whose sole role was to read the newspapers and cut out articles that referred to their clients, then share those news articles with them. Sound Familiar? It's basically Google Alerts!
