Leviathan Metals (TSX-V: LVX) has confirmed copper geology at its 100%-owned Central Project in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt. Diamond drilling hit the D'Kar–Ngwako Pan contact in 12 of 14 holes, with visual copper sulphides in eight — and confirmed a previously untested domal structure that may have trapped mineralising fluids.

Leviathan Metals Corp (TSX-V:LVX) has closed its ‘best efforts’ private placement to raise C$10 million ($10.17 million) for drilling and other exploration activities across its portfolio of assets.

The company has issued 15.62 million common shares at C$0.64 each, issued pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption.

Leviathan directors and executive officers subscribed for a total of 1.03 million common shares in this offer, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $663,488.

Funds will be used for activities across the company’s properties in Botswana, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Australia, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The Common Shares will be issued pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (as defined below).
