WHAT DOES CHAT SAY ABOUT YOUR NAME’S ACRONYM? ✨

I was having some fun with AI today and asked ChatGPT what it thought of the name NORMA.

Here’s what it came up with:

❤️ N — Navigates with Vision
Seeing opportunities before others and charting a clear path forward.

✨ O — Optimizes Growth
Turning complexity into clarity and creating momentum.

💪 R — Resilient Leader
Overcoming challenges while helping others stay strong.

🚀 M — Masters Innovation
Embracing new ideas, technology, and continuous learning.

🌟 A — Amplifies Success
Helping people, businesses, and communities achieve more together.

As I read through it, I realized these qualities aren’t just about a name.

They’re qualities many of us aspire to develop as leaders, business owners, parents, mentors, and community builders.

The world is changing quickly. AI is changing how we work. Technology is changing how we do business.

But some things never change:

✔️ Vision
✔️ Resilience
✔️ Innovation
✔️ Helping others succeed

I’m curious…

👉 If you created an acronym using your first name, what would it say about you? The prompt to create your own is in the chat..

Did you know you can answer every single Facebook review in under 60 seconds — and still sound like a real human being?

Most business owners either skip reviews entirely because they don't have time, or they use ChatGPT and end up with replies that sound like a legal disclaimer. Neither one is good for your reputation.

The good news is there's a right way to use AI for this. And once you learn it, you'll never dread review responses again.

Before you even open ChatGPT, take 2 minutes to copy your recent reviews into a simple doc or note on your phone. That's your raw material. Now here's what you do with it:

Step 1: Set the Context
Tell ChatGPT who you are before anything else.
Prompt: "Act as the friendly, approachable owner of [Your Business Name]. We are down-to-earth and community-focused."

Step 2: Set the Rules
Give it specific instructions for how to write.
Prompt: "Write a short, 2-sentence reply to this Facebook review. Keep it casual and warm. Do not use corporate words like 'esteemed,' 'sincerely,' or 'valued patron.'"

Step 3: Add the Human Touch
When ChatGPT gives you the answer, don't just copy-paste it. Change one word. Add one specific detail about that customer if you remember them. AI gets you 90% of the way there in seconds — you add the final 10% to make it real.

That's it, three steps. Under a minute per review.
How are you currently handling your online reviews? Manually, ignoring them, or using AI? Drop your answer below!

I asked a CEO one question last week that stopped him cold.

He'd just finished telling me his team uses 14 different AI tools. He was proud of it. He thought that meant they were ahead.

So I asked: "Are you making more money, or are you just managing more subscriptions?"
The silence said everything.

Here's what I keep seeing: business owners are confusing tool accumulation with actual progress. We buy a tool for marketing. A tool for sales. A tool for operations. None of them talk to each other. And instead of your team being more productive, they're spending their days switching between interfaces, learning new dashboards, and managing logins.

That's not digital transformation. That's digital clutter.
The fix isn't buying better tools. It's buying fewer ones.

You can use a simple framework with every client I work with — I call it the 3-Tool Rule:
1. One core AI platform for general knowledge work across your team.
2. One specialized tool for your specific industry bottleneck.
3. Cancel the rest — until those two are fully integrated into your daily operations.

That's it. Simplicity wins every time.

So before you add anything new to your tech stack, ask yourself: is this tool solving a real problem, or am I just keeping up with the noise?

Have you audited your AI subscriptions lately?

As a business owner, my to-do list is never-ending. Some days, it feels like I'm drowning in admin tasks instead of working on the parts of my business I love.

Lately, I've been leaning on AI to be my lifeline, and it's been a game-changer. It's not about complex strategies; it's about small, practical wins that give you back your time.

I've found three key areas where AI can immediately help reduce that feeling of overwhelm:

1️⃣ Taming Your Inbox: Drafting replies and summarizing long threads.
2️⃣ Mastering Your Meetings: Transcribing calls and creating action items automatically.
3️⃣ Ending 'Blank Page' Syndrome: Brainstorming content ideas in seconds.

Which of these would save you the most time this week? Let me know in the comments! I'm happy to share the exact prompts I use to make it happen.

For a long time, I was convinced AI just wasn't that useful.

Every time I asked ChatGPT for help, the output felt hollow. Generic. Like it was written for nobody.
I nearly stopped using it altogether.

Then I figured out what I was doing wrong.

I was giving it a task — but not a job. No role. No context. No clear direction. Just a vague request and a hope it would figure out the rest.

The moment I started treating AI like a new team member — giving it a clear role, the right context, and specific instructions — the quality of the output completely shifted.

It is a small change in how you prompt. But the difference in results is significant.

What is one task you have tried to use AI for and it just did not deliver? Drop it in the comments — let's build a better prompt for it together.

Are you running your business, or is your business running you?

You look at the numbers at the end of the week and realize you spent 80% of your time just managing things — answering emails, organizing files, doing admin work — instead of actually growing your business. It's exhausting.

You know there has to be a better way to handle the repetitive tasks that drain your energy.

That's exactly where AI comes in. It's not here to replace you; it's here to handle the heavy lifting. When AI takes over the admin work, you get to focus on what actually matters: building relationships, closing deals, and turning chaos into clarity.

What could you achieve if you got those hours back every week? Drop your answer in the comments — and follow us for more practical AI insights to help you reclaim your time!

Have you ever spent 30 minutes going back and forth with AI, tweaking your prompt over and over, and still not getting what you actually wanted?

You're not doing it wrong.
You're just writing prompts the way you'd explain something to a coworker.
And AI doesn't work like a coworker.

Here's the shift that changes everything: stop trying to write the perfect prompt yourself. Ask the AI to write it for you.

Here's exactly how to do it in 3 steps:

Step 1: Give AI the full picture.
Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever tool you use. Then dump everything in. Tell it your goal, your objectives, your tone of voice, and any past mistakes you've had to fix. Don't overthink it — just talk to it like you're briefing a new team member. The more context you give, the better.

Step 2: Ask AI to write the prompt.
Once you've shared all that context, ask it this one question: "Based on everything I've shared, write me a complete prompt I can use in a new conversation to get a great result on the first try." That's it. One question. The AI will build a prompt that already includes the details you'd normally forget to mention.

Step 3: Use your new prompt.
Open a fresh chat. Paste the AI-written prompt. Hit send. You'll notice the result is dramatically closer to what you wanted — not because the AI got smarter, but because the instructions were finally clear enough.
Save that prompt somewhere easy to find. The next time you need the same type of task done, you won't have to start from scratch.

Try this on one task this week and drop a comment below — what task did you use it for, and did it work?

Does your desk (or your desktop) ever feel like this? You're not alone.

Every business owner is sitting on a mountain of data. The problem is, we're so busy running the business that we don't have time to actually analyze it. The answers we need are buried in the noise.

AI acts as your personal data analyst. It works 24/7 to read the spreadsheets, find the patterns in customer feedback, and connect the dots you don't have time to see. It delivers clarity, so you can make confident, data-driven decisions instead of just going with your gut.

What's one decision you wish you had more data for right now?

Want better AI results? You need to be a better boss.

Think about it: you wouldn't ask a new assistant to "write some marketing stuff" and expect a masterpiece. You'd give them clear instructions, context, and a goal.

It's the exact same with AI.

Getting high-quality output isn't about magic; it's about giving high-quality input. And the best way to do that is with the R-T-F Formula — a simple, 3-part framework for telling your AI exactly what you need:
✅ R = Role: Tell the AI who to be. "Act as an expert copywriter specializing in emails for a non-technical audience."
✅ T = Task: Tell the AI what to do. "Write three subject lines for an email about our new productivity tool."
✅ F = Format: Tell the AI how to deliver it. "Present them in a simple bulleted list, with a one-sentence explanation for why each one works."

When you give the AI a Role, a Task, and a Format, you're giving it the clarity it needs to do its best work. You're being a better boss.

Try the R-T-F formula on your next prompt and tell us how it goes in the comments!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Is to find just 15 minutes this week that AI can save you.

That's it. That's the whole mission.

I know how easy it is to feel like you need to automate your entire business overnight. That pressure is real, and it leads to overwhelm. So let's forget that.

Let's start with something tiny, achievable, and immediately rewarding.

What's one small, repetitive task that eats up 15 minutes of your day?
Drafting that one awkward email to a client?
Brainstorming a few social media captions?
Summarizing a long industry article you're supposed to read?

Pick one. Just one.

This week, challenge yourself to hand that single task over to an AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude. See what happens.

The goal here isn't to revolutionize your workflow in a day. It's to prove to yourself that this is possible, one small win at a time. It's to build momentum.

So, what would you do with an extra 15 minutes this week? Drop your answer in the comments — let's inspire each other!
