Our Response and Concierge teams help clients every day with random tasks. Often, clients open with "I'm sure nobody has ever asked you this before..." almost every time, they're wrong. We've been asked almost everything. Today was a first though.

A Kerrisdale client came home to a violent Eagle vs Seagull fight in her front yard this morning. It did not end well for the Seagull. Or her front lawn.

Other than a few feathers, Provident arrived to clean all of the other evidence up.

Our client is back to enjoying a carnage and carcass free front yard again.
