Argonaut Securities and its clients participated as cornerstone investors for an aggregate of C$4,000,000. We made a deliberate decision not to upsize the offering to avoid unnecessary shareholder dilution.

📢 NEWS RELEASE: Precore Gold reports results from its recently completed high-resolution drone magnetic survey at the Arikepay Gold-Copper Project in southern Peru.

Our Executive Chairman, Paul A. Dumas, commented:

“These results have significantly increased our excitement about the potential of our upcoming drill campaign at Arikepay. Most importantly, our geological team has now expanded the prospective gold area from the previously interpreted 400-metre-wide zone to approximately 800 metres wide by 3 kilometres long. That is a very large area, and much of this expanded footprint has seen little to no historical drilling.”

We hold 2,712 hectares there, with year-round access via Highway 113 and well-travelled gravel roads, adjacent to IAMGOLD's Croteau Project. In mining, the address is part of the asset.

Our Arikepay Gold Project in Peru carries a substantial historical exploration base: 13,738 metres across 32 drill holes completed between 2002 and 2017. In September 2026, we completed a 128.13-kilometre drone-based magnetic survey covering 579 hectares to map buried structures and identify drill targets ahead of our inaugural drill campaign. Preliminary results have been received, with a project update expected in the coming weeks as the team continues work to finalize drill targets.
