This past May, we turned performance, growth, and teamwork into a royal adventure.

Rise to Royalty, where every member of the ICCS team had the opportunity to earn their place in the Royal Court through excellence, dedication, and continuous improvement.

Throughout the month of May, agents earned Royal Rewards for achieving key performance goals, delivering quality customer experiences, improving their skills, and maintaining strong attendance. As rewards accumulated, agents advanced through the royal ranks, with top performers earning bonus incentives and recognition fit for royalty.
