This summer, we brought the excitement of the World Cup into the office with our very own World Cup Challenge! 🌍⚽

Our team members formed squads representing different countries and competed throughout the tournament by hitting KPI targets, maintaining strong schedule adherence, taking on bonus challenges like our Keep Up Challenge, and even earning extra points when their country picked up a win on the world stage. Every day brought a new opportunity to contribute to their team's success.

The competition wasn't just about performance. Teams showed incredible creativity, took fun team photos, and proudly represented their countries with plenty of energy and team spirit. Every contribution helped move them up the leaderboard.

After weeks of friendly competition, we're excited to congratulate our champions... Team Spain!🏆 Not only did they earn the highest score in our challenge, but they also had the chance to celebrate Spain's World Cup victory. Their prize? A cash reward and a well-deserved team lunch!

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this challenge such a success. It was amazing to see our people come together, support one another, and have fun while delivering great results.

Great teams deserve to be celebrated. đź’™

To show our appreciation for all the hard work and dedication our team brings every day, we treated everyone to a night of bowling with some friendly competition.

There were plenty of strikes and a few gutter balls, but to make the night even more exciting, cash prizes were awarded to the three team members with the highest. This was a reminder that the people behind our success are what make ICCS such a great place to work.

A sincere thank you to every member of our team for the support you show one another every day. We appreciate everything you do, and we're grateful to have such an incredible group of people.

Protecting customer relationships is one of the most overlooked benefits of working with a BPO.

Outsourcing is often discussed in terms of cost and efficiency. But when done properly, a BPO strengthens customer trust and experience.

Rise to Royalty, where every member of the ICCS team had the opportunity to earn their place in the Royal Court through excellence, dedication, and continuous improvement.

Throughout the month of May, agents earned Royal Rewards for achieving key performance goals, delivering quality customer experiences, improving their skills, and maintaining strong attendance. As rewards accumulated, agents advanced through the royal ranks, with top performers earning bonus incentives and recognition fit for royalty.
