As another year ends, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how far ICCS has come and to recognize the people who made that progress possible.

The past year has brought meaningful growth for ICCS. Behind every new opportunity has been a team willing to put in the work and support one another along the way. We’re also grateful to the clients who continue to place their trust in ICCS and have been part of our journey throughout the year.

Our Holiday Gala is a chance to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate the people who make our work possible. It’s our way of saying thank you to our employees for their commitment and to our clients for their continued partnership.
This evening is about coming together and enjoying the company of the people who have shared in ICCS’s journey this year.

We were pleased to take part in a successful Job Fair in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Toronto on September 17th.

It was a great opportunity to meet candidates from the local community and have meaningful conversations about their career goals and the opportunities available at ICCS. Thank you to our team, Sneha Ummul and Abel Negatu for representing ICCS at the event and speaking with the candidates.

We were especially impressed by the preparation candidates brought to the event. The YMCA does important work in helping people move toward employment with greater confidence and readiness. That support was clear throughout the day and made the experience valuable for both candidates and employers.

A special thank you to Colette Lyttle and the team at the Richmond Hill YMCA office for welcoming ICCS and helping make the event such a positive experience. We appreciate the time and effort your team put into preparing candidates and supporting the event.

It was a pleasure attending the Thornhill Employment Hub Job Fair on 9 September 2026. A big thank you to our recruitment team, Faezeh Rouzbahani (Quality Analyst) and Sneha Ummul (HR Manager) for representing ICCS and connecting with candidates.

Our partnership with the Thornhill Employment Hub has given us the opportunity to meet individuals who are eager to learn and build meaningful careers. We’ve been fortunate to see the value of the programs they offer and the preparation they provide to candidates as they take their next steps.

August was all about bringing the summer energy into the workplace with our Summer Splash challenge.

Our agents had the chance to earn rewards every time they hit their KPI handle time target. From the Mystery Beach Bucket, where every shell held a surprise cash value, to collecting Pineapple Punch Card entries for the chance to become our Summer Splash Champion, there was plenty of motivation to keep the momentum going.

This summer, we brought the excitement of the World Cup into the office with our very own World Cup Challenge! 🌍⚽

Our team members formed squads representing different countries and competed throughout the tournament by hitting KPI targets, maintaining strong schedule adherence, taking on bonus challenges like our Keep Up Challenge, and even earning extra points when their country picked up a win on the world stage. Every day brought a new opportunity to contribute to their team's success.

The competition wasn't just about performance. Teams showed incredible creativity, took fun team photos, and proudly represented their countries with plenty of energy and team spirit. Every contribution helped move them up the leaderboard.

After weeks of friendly competition, we're excited to congratulate our champions... Team Spain!🏆 Not only did they earn the highest score in our challenge, but they also had the chance to celebrate Spain's World Cup victory. Their prize? A cash reward and a well-deserved team lunch!

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this challenge such a success. It was amazing to see our people come together, support one another, and have fun while delivering great results.

Great teams deserve to be celebrated. 💙

To show our appreciation for all the hard work and dedication our team brings every day, we treated everyone to a night of bowling with some friendly competition.

There were plenty of strikes and a few gutter balls, but to make the night even more exciting, cash prizes were awarded to the three team members with the highest. This was a reminder that the people behind our success are what make ICCS such a great place to work.

A sincere thank you to every member of our team for the support you show one another every day. We appreciate everything you do, and we're grateful to have such an incredible group of people.

Protecting customer relationships is one of the most overlooked benefits of working with a BPO.
