There are plenty of good reasons to manufacture labels in Canada. One of our favourites is being close enough to actually be helpful.

When a deadline moves, artwork changes or you just need an answer, our team and production are right here in Ontario. Fewer handoffs make communication easier and keep everyone a little more connected.

Made in Canada is nice. Easy to work with is even better.

Remember when ordering more labels automatically felt like the smart move?

Then a SKU changes. An ingredient gets updated. Someone refreshes the artwork, and suddenly those “savings” are sitting on a pallet collecting dust.

The lowest price per label is not always the lowest cost for your business. Sometimes a little flexibility is worth a whole lot more.

If your brand colour is blue, it should not become a fun little guessing game every time you order labels.

Materials, print methods and production requirements can all affect the final result. Having multiple technologies and experienced people under one roof helps us choose the right approach and keep things consistent from run to run.

Your brand worked hard to own that colour. It should stay that colour.

Nobody wakes up on Monday excited to find a new label supplier.

Usually, it starts small. A reply takes a little too long, timelines get fuzzy, another change becomes a bigger deal than expected, and eventually someone says, “There has to be an easier way to do this.”

Packaging has enough moving parts already. Your supplier should make things simpler, not add another layer of complexity.

Labels do not magically appear on rolls, although that would make our jobs a lot easier.

A whole team is behind every one. Prepress, materials, colour, printing, finishing and quality all come together right here in our Ontario facility.

For Manufacturing Day, we are celebrating the people who keep the presses running, the details right, and the labels moving out the door. We could not Own the Shelf without them.

A little food, a few gifts, and a whole lot of appreciation for the people who keep Lorpon moving. 🌭🎁

Yesterday, we fired up the BBQ and brought the team together for an afternoon of good food, laughs, and a few well-deserved prizes. It was our way of saying thank you to the people behind the labels, the presses, the problem-solving, and everything in between.

We are lucky to have such a great crew. Thanks for everything you bring to Lorpon every day!
