1st Link Group was founded in 2011 with one focused intent- to provide Canadian organizations with a holistic approach to the “Human” side of “Human Capital Management”, or HCM. Most HR services organizations typically focus on either providing human resources- aka recruiting- to companies, or on the training – aka coaching- for employees already on board. But, they don’t actually connect the company and employee needs with culture, and feed back to the recruitment process. That means that what one service is doing, the other may actually be undoing inadvertently.
1st Link Group focuses on actually linking those 2 activities together, and more importantly, in creating a feedback loop from learnings achieved in the coaching process back into the hiring requirements. In other words, we link the processes together to create a model that is continuously improving. By creating the link between hiring and coaching, we help our partners enrich their culture and therefore their employee engagement.
