There's a common misconception about bookkeepers for small businesses, and that is they need an accountant to look after their day-to-day books. In most cases, this is untrue. A bookkeeper can do everything needed for the year, up until your year end, in which we compile all the information an accountant needs to complete your year-end filing. Typically this only takes a week on their end, the books are sent back to us, and we keep on trucking for the next year!

While it is true that accountants can look after your day-to-day books, they are often times significantly more expensive than a bookkeeper.

With our low hourly rate of $33.00 per hour, we can have you saving your hard earned money and back on the right track.

Did you know that bookkeeping in written form has been around since at least 4000 B.C., and non-written form goes back as far as 8000 B.C.

There have been clay tablets found in Babylon and Assyria from 4000 B.C. that recorded business and communal contracts!
