🍃 September is Leukemia Awarness month - this month we will be donating .25¢ from every cup of drip coffee sold, to sweet Lilia Nicole Wiebe. 💕 She was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia back in May 2019.
Lilia’s mum, Kaitlyn, was working for The Pie Company, but now and for the past months she has been making frequent trips and stays with Lilia and Eric, her husband, down to the Children’s Hospital in Vancouver for treatments.
We are also selling $3(or by donation) wristbands to support Lilia and her family throughout this difficult journey -
There are toddler and adult sizes available.
No one fights alone.

For the month of April, all customers who enjoyed coffee from the fabulous Shuswap Pie Company (and who doesn't love their menu?!) donated money for our branch animals' daily welfare needs 🤩
And because we have such a generous community, the Pie Co. coffee supplier, Voets Coffee, happily matched their donations! 😎
But the good folks at Healthy Spot Pet Nutrition store also wanted to "pay it forward" and decided to match the Pie Co. donations too! 😍
In total the donations from these three companies came to a whopping $1552.75. 🥳💘
Staff & volunteers are feeding, cleaning, medicating, socializing and training branch animals 365 days per year and we sincerely appreciate other donations too such as Dawn dish soap, papertowels, garbage bags, stationery, clean towels and sheets.

Huge thanks to Max Voets Coffee Company and Healthy Spot Pet Nutrition & Supply for matching our donation to the SPCA from coffees sold in the month of April. Our grand total donated was $1,458.00 - and we couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing customers!!! The animals are very appreciative, you guys ROCK!! 🐕 🐈 🐰 ❤️ (little Douglas in the photo was actually really excited, it’s just that being a puppy is exhausting work)

Sunday May 13,we would like to invite single parents to enjoy a free small coffee or tea and a balloon for the kids and join us for an information session for "helping single parents one cup at a time"

We are introducing a volunteer based program that helps single parents get back into the work force with developing essential skills, while putting a portion of the proceeds back towards the single parents.

Cold Drink Season....Spring is here!

We are excited to announch our new employee Jessica will be looking after cold drink training this spring/summer.
