It's Riffmas Eve and we hope your dancing shoes are polished and your party pants are pressed.

We are happy to announce that Fiamo will be open 4pm-2am (yes, that's right TWO AM) Thursday through Sunday this week and Friday through Sunday next week. Looking forward to seeing all you freaks and geeks this weekend!!

We know you have seen them around, but we are very excited to introduce you to our new General Manager, Emily and our new Head Chef, Matias !

This husband wife team are the wonderful creatives behind .ca, events crafted with fire. We partnered with them for a dinner this year and we are very excited to now have them both on our team to collaborate with us. Matias is from Argentina and Emily is from Canada. The two are extremely passionate about hospitality and draw inspiration from their travels where they worked at Michelin-star restaurants and some of South America’s best restaurants. As some of you may know, Matias is obsessed with cooking with fire, but also showcasing the prominent Italian influence in Argentina. He's fit right in working alongside Julia and our talented culinary team. Emily is passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences through genuine hospitality. You will see her front of house so be sure to welcome her on your next visit!

They both feel right at home as a part of our Zambri’s family, where great food and warm hospitality go hand-in-hand. Please join us in giving them the warmest welcome!

Well, my sweet suite dwellers. We have a busy long weekend ahead with so many things happening, but this is one of the best and it's happening just across the bridge from you...a must see.

The hilarity and fun you will witness is memorable...pack a lunch, bring a chair/blanket and a cooler of sips and have the afternoon of fun ;)

Well, my sweet suite dwellers, I have very exciting news for you.

Yesterday I went to our new neighbour Bray's West Coast Tapas & Wine Bar https://braysvictoria.ca/ and was blown away by the very impressive work Gareth&Brent have created a gem in the Janion.

I never give reviews on a place that just opens because there will inevitably be some misses which is never fair to the establishment, but, WOW, it was flawless. The tapas & wine menu is true west coast hitting all the notes so definitely something for everyone.

I had the Sous Vide Pork Belly w Parsnip Puree, Bordelaise, Braised Shallot and Breagh had Albacore Tuna Crudo w Blood Orange Emulsion, Rice Cracker, Pickled Jalapeño, Apple...both were beyond delicious. The Blood Orange Emulsion was so delicious we wanted a glass of it LOL

I'm so happy and excited to go back and try everything else on the menu and encoourage you all to do same...this will be my go to place for sure. Congratulations Gareth&Brent and Chef Harris Bredin&team for a job well done. Hands up to you all

Oh my lord, it's been way too long since I've posted here...life has certainly taken over, but I'm back and going to make a greater effort to share share share.
So, to all my sweet suite dwellers, what a way to start...you must make an effort to check out the low tide at PR ❤️❤️❤️

Port Renfrew's Botanical Beach will experience super low tides, but an early wake-up call will be necessary to catch them.
