Celestial float is no longer operating anymore, thanks. Welcome to Celestial Float! We are a home-based float center in Gordon Head. For those of you who are new to the practice, float tanks are filled with over a 1000 pounds of Epsom salt, in which creates an amazingly buoyant solution that allows you to float on the surface of the water weightlessly and effortlessly, therefore, releasing you fro

m the strain of gravity. Furthermore, the float tank is a sensory surrender experience therefore, the tank is absolutely absent from light, smell, sound, taste and since the water and the air are exactly skin temperature, this makes the water imperceptible to feel. Since our body naturally spends about 80% of our energy measuring out gravity or temperature and other maintenance energy dispensers, to find homoeostasis. Therefore, when you hop in the float tank, you free up that 80% of your bodies energy to put where it needs it most, so it will naturally go to distressing the body, muscle recovery if your an athlete, information integration if you're a student, healing an illness... or you can also consciously direct that energy to imagination, self-exploration, creativity, whatever it may be, the float tank provides a hyper-focused environment for optimization in many domains. Hello beautiful floating community. I have news for you...

With a heavy yet liberated heart, Celestial Float has sold its float tank and will not be operating anymore after this weekend. The practice of floating has changed my life and the depths of consciousness exploring will forever be my favorite hobby.

As a celebration for this space and for the tank, I am offering a $20 float for 6 ppl tomorrow from 9 am-9pm. If you feel called to send off this space with gratitude with me, message me to book your float.

If you still have a float with us left on your account and haven't received an email about it, please personal message us and we will sort out a time for you to float.

I am sending out so much love and gratitude for all who have supported Celestial Float and blessing this space with your presence. I salute you all for embarking on the journey of healing and personal growth.

Today I shared a beautiful conversation with a wise older women, I asked her how she developed who she was throughout her life and she responded with a remarkable answer :

"Its odd when I think of the arc of my life from child to young women to aging adult. First I was who I was, then I didn't know who I was, then I invented someone and became her, then I began to like who i'd invented, and finally I was what I was again. It turned out I wasn't alone in that particular progression" - Anna Quindlen.

May I remember this lesson. May I reflect on myself, spend time in silence, in my body and heart and know who I am. So I may build a foundation reflective of my true values and commitments that can stand strong to the external pressures and challenges of life.

May our true selves persist through this changing world so we may create a world that is reflective of our true selves.
