We are coaches, but more importantly we are two women who paused one day to ask themselves some really important questions. These question started us on a journey to make small but important changes toward fe

eling happier, fulfilled and excited about the futures. We are passionate about helping women (and some open hearted men) to ask themselves these important questions and find the courage to follow the answers that come. This page is going to be a place of exploring the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual elements of life, along with the core beliefs about how you want to feel, how you want to contribute and how to create connection with yourself and others.
